At Almeida Ads, we’re committed to delivering your cat’s favorite toys and cardboard accessories quickly, safely, and reliably. This page outlines our shipping timelines, rates, and procedures so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your cart total:
- Orders under $50: $4.99 flat rate
- Orders $50 and above: Free standard shipping
Expedited shipping, if selected, will incur additional charges displayed during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the link provided or contact us for updates.
6. Order Changes & Address Updates
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
- If you need to change your address or cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it at support@almeidaads.site.
- We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:
- We’ll contact you to confirm the correct address.
- You may be responsible for reshipping fees.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:
- Contact us within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments if items are sourced from different warehouses. You’ll receive tracking information for each package.
